Licensing Terms & Conditions

We offer two types of licenses:

Single Track License: Allows use of one track for a single project.
Bundle Pack License: Allows use of multiple tracks purchased together for a single or multiple projects as specified in the licensing terms.

You may use the licensed music for the following purposes:

Non-Exclusive Rights: The license grants non-exclusive rights to use the music. We retain all ownership rights.
No Redistribution: You may not resell, share, or redistribute the music as standalone files.
Single User: Licenses are limited to the purchaser and may not be transferred to another person or entity.
Time Limitations: Licenses are valid for one year (Single Track License) or two years (Bundle Pack License), unless otherwise specified.
Editor Limitation (Music Producers): Each license is valid for use by one editor. Producers with teams must purchase additional licenses for each editor.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our music in violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any terms outlined in this agreement.
